  • A photo of the outer packaging (if damage appears to be transit-related)

Please do not discard the original packaging or the damaged item until we have concluded our review – we may need additional images or request that you keep the item for a period of time.


3. How to Initiate a Return

4. Return Shipping

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs related to Change of Mind returns. This includes postage, packaging materials, and any insurance you choose to purchase. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping your receipt, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit back to us.

For Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect items, return shipping costs are handled differently. In most cases, we will provide you with a return label or reimburse reasonable return postage costs after the return is confirmed. Original shipping charges paid at the time of purchase are generally non-refundable, even if the entire order is returned. The only exception is when the return is due to our error (wrong item sent) or a verified defect.
