1. Order Processing

Once you place an order on littlelifestyleshop.com, we begin preparing it with care. All orders go through a quality check and careful packaging process to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition.

Processing time begins the moment your order is confirmed and payment is authorized. During regular periods, orders are typically processed within a certain number of business days. Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during holidays, new product launches, or promotional events. Weekends and public holidays are not counted as business days.

You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order has been successfully placed. A second notification – including tracking information – will be sent once your order has been dispatched from our facility.


2. Shipping Destinations

Little Lifestyle currently ships to select regions and countries. While we strive to reach as many customers as possible, certain locations may not be available for delivery at this time. During checkout, the website will automatically inform you whether shipping is available to your address.

If you live in a remote area or a location that does not appear at checkout, please check back periodically – we are always working to expand our shipping network.

We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses for security and tracking purposes. A physical street address is required for all deliveries.


3. Shipping Methods and Carriers

We partner with reputable carriers to ensure reliable and traceable delivery. The available shipping methods will be displayed at checkout based on your location and the items in your cart.

Standard shipping is our most common option, offering a balance of affordability and reasonable transit time. In some regions, expedited shipping may also be available for an additional cost.

Once your order is handed over to the carrier, the estimated delivery window begins. Please note that Little Lifestyle cannot guarantee exact delivery dates, as we are not in control of weather conditions, carrier delays, customs processing, or other unforeseen events.


4. Tracking Your Order

Every order shipped from littlelifestyleshop.com includes tracking information. After your package has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to the carrier’s tracking portal.

If you do not receive tracking information within the expected processing period, please check your email’s spam or junk folder. You may also log into your account on our website to view your order status.

Please allow up to a certain number of hours for tracking information to update after dispatch. In rare cases, tracking may not show movement for a day or two – this is usually normal, especially during peak seasons.


5. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on several factors: the total weight of your order, the dimensions of the package, and the destination address. The exact shipping fee will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your payment.

From time to time, Little Lifestyle may offer free shipping promotions on orders that meet a minimum purchase amount. Any such offer will be announced on our website or via promotional emails. Only one shipping promotion can be applied per order.

Please note that any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees are not included in our shipping charges and remain the responsibility of the customer (see Section 7 below).


6. Split Shipments

If your order contains multiple items, they may sometimes ship separately. This can happen if products are stored in different locations or have different packaging requirements. You will receive separate tracking information for each shipment. You will not be charged additional shipping fees for split shipments unless you specifically requested expedited service for only part of your order.


7. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international orders (any shipment crossing a border), your package may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees. These charges are determined by the destination country’s customs authority and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Little Lifestyle is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing, nor can we predict what fees may apply. We strongly recommend contacting your local customs office for an estimate before placing an order. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you are the importer of record and accept all associated fees.

In some cases, customs may hold or return a package if duties are unpaid. If a package is abandoned or returned to us due to refusal to pay customs fees, you will be responsible for any return shipping costs and original shipping charges.


8. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once your order has been marked as “delivered” by the carrier, Little Lifestyle is no longer responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend providing a secure delivery address – such as your home, workplace, or a location with a reception desk.

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please:

  • Check with neighbors or building management
  • Look around your property (behind bushes, under doormats, etc.)
  • Contact the carrier directly using your tracking number

We are happy to assist you in filing a claim with the carrier, but we cannot automatically issue replacements or refunds for packages marked delivered.

For packages that are clearly lost in transit (no tracking updates for an extended period), please contact us through our website. We will investigate with the carrier and work toward a fair resolution.


9. Incorrect Shipping Address

You are responsible for providing the correct and complete shipping address at checkout. If you realize you made a mistake, please contact us immediately through our website. If your order has not yet been processed, we may be able to correct the address.

Once an order has been dispatched, we cannot change the address. Packages returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address will be subject to additional shipping fees to resend.


10. Damaged in Transit

While we take great care in packaging, accidents can happen. If your order arrives visibly damaged, please refer to our Returns & Damages policy. In general, we ask that you keep all original packaging and contact us through our website within a reasonable timeframe, providing photos of the damage and the outer box.
